automatic calibration of SWAT model using particle swarm otimization

in this research the application of PSO particle swarm optimization technique is investigated in the automatic calibration of the soil and water assessment tool SWAT the calibrated SWAT model simulated well the daily stream flow of the watershed outlet for a 4-year calibration period and 1year validation period particle swarm optimizer is inherently distributed algorithms in which the solution for a problem emerges from the interactions between many simple individuals called particles.
